Advocates & Corporate Consultants
Legal Advice Pakistan operates from Capital Plaza in G-11 Markaz, Islamabad, and acts for clients across Pakistan. The practice combines legal representation with the corporate consultancy work that companies need continuously — incorporation, statutory records, SECP filings, taxation and licensing.
That combination matters. Most compliance problems we are asked to fix did not begin as legal disputes; they began as filings that were missed, registers that were never maintained or agreements that were never properly drawn. Handling both sides of the work means we can prevent as much as we resolve.
We act for private limited companies, single-member companies, partnerships, NGOs, trusts, societies, engineering firms and hospitality and travel operators, as well as individual clients in taxation and family matters.

Where the matter creates continuing obligations, we track the deadlines and handle the recurring filings — under a retainer where that suits you better.
